I have 128GB and evn can run DeepSeek Flash. Still mainly using Claude and codex, they are still too cheap and superior

well, you could start by just hosting it, it seems under Apache license, so just removing SAP related stuff that is under copyright, if this does not destroy the app this might help, and then spend a few tokens to improve some stuff, should be done quickly

is it actually worth it? I think it was just past the time I started so I just missed it

no idea 🤷 I don't track it and they don't offer that information I can tell you that in the last 5 weeks and was hitting my weekly limit of 200$ codex plan every 2-4 days. Luckily codex was resetting it recently quite often anyway outside the weekly limits. Also have claude, Cursor, GH Copilot
