"You can't sleepwalk into your destiny." David Whyte Hit me this morning. Feeling grateful. It was painful "waking up" but I'm grateful for it now. 💜 #LifeJourney #creativejourney #DavidJWhyte www.instagram.com/reel/DFsk_WL...

Wisdom of the day: "People should live by three simple rules. Love needs action. Trust needs proof. 'Sorry' needs change." Ten years of personal growth work condensed into those words. 🤯 #lifejourney #winatlife #lifehack

"You can be a victim or the victor." - something I heard a speaker say today. The context was they were emotionally damaged by someone and was faced with a choice of how they wanted to respond to the situation. #winatlife

Since none of us will do love perfectly, when someone says they love me, I guess my job is to watch and learn this persons ratio of: loving moments:non-loving moments in their overall treatment of me. Then I choose whether I am good with it. That's part of accepting what is, yes?

"You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop." Rumi Another one I like is from my teacher. He would remind us that we are made from the same stuff as the stars. 🥰 #rumi #youmatter #sufism
