This is a clear cell stromal tumor of the lung. They have YAP1::TFE3 fusions, which are also present in YAP1::TFE3-fused hemangioendotheliomas and some pulmonary PEComas. Abbas Agaimy described these. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33899786/

#PathSky 32M with extra-axial, dural-based, frontoparietal mass. Clearly malignant epithelioid cells arranged in cords and nests in a sclerotic background. Looks a lot like a sclerosing epithelioid fibrosarcoma, and it is strongly MUC4-positive. So, we’re done, right?

Myxopapillary ependymoma grossly has a characteristic sausage-shaped appearance. Commonly found associated with the filum terminale, it has a fibrillary glial appearance in a myxoid background.
