I recently saw an exhibit interviewing new immigrants about their first Minnesotan winter and Mohammed really captured the mid/late January feeling. I hope our out of town visitors slip and fall!

"Imagine this cold. This is not cold. We cannot say that. This is hell. It's very difficult to live. I cannot go out to just search for a job and all that.
So I have to stay at home to get warm. I had pneumonia from a little cold, so what do you expect of this kind of a winter? This is hell. To the Minnesota people maybe raised in this, this is kind of a paradise. My opinion is that this is hell. It's very difficult to live in this."
