I rarely get a moment to talk about my work in real life, and so it’s always a pleasure. To ask kids what does ‘fun’, ‘play’ and ‘a game’ actually mean to them? I love seeing their faces as they puzzle it out, because the answers are not as simple as they might seem.

They loved the session. Interestingly, 9 out of 10 kids said they would love to work in QA. “Play games all day for a living?!” Yes, but… 😅

I have many friends, but new work friends are ones I struggle with the most… few stick around & it’s akin to befriending a Robin in the garden. Best not to get too close. It’s always a wonderful, interesting encounter, but next year they may be away. Gone. Or eaten by a cat.
