Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 02/10/2026It is a joke. Should never have allowed states to own football clubs. They just bribe and throw money at problems regardless of laws. 130
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 02/10/2026Seems that way. Just ridiculous that they were ever allowed into football. 000
Reposted by Marcus BaileyLindsay @lblankley.bsky.social · 02/10/2026Can we add blackmail to the charge sheet? 011
Reposted by Marcus BaileyHeather @heather4eva.bsky.social · 02/10/2026So effectively City, and now Newcastle can do whatever the fuck they want to English football, because they are tools of other counties foreign policy? what an absolute joke. 231
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 02/10/2026I wish that’s the stance that the government will take but I’m sure they will buckle under pressure. 150
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 02/10/2026It’s crazy how deep the corruption goes. I agree, the league will be finished. 060
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 02/10/2026Exactly. It’s clear as day. I can see the UK government getting involved and telling the PL and the panel who decide the punishments to be lenient. It’s a joke. 250
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 02/10/2026“Emirati officials have warned the UK Government that the severity of the ruling against Manchester City could impact the UAE’s appetite for future major investment and commitments in Britain” But City fans insist they aren’t state owned, what a joke!! 3122838
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 30/09/2026Another brilliant Slow Horses episode 👌🏻 #SlowHorses 010
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 30/09/2026Absolutely. There should definitely be more stringent rules and checks on football finances. 110
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 29/09/2026I have to agree. They may have only received £51m that city said they paid and the other payment may have gone to the player, agents etc but there has to be an investigation at least. 000
Reposted by Marcus BaileyJohn Rob @dennisobell.bsky.social · 29/09/20269+ years of industrial scale of... cheating! 011
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 29/09/2026The punishment has to be very severe otherwise the whole of the PL will be done with. No team can be getting away with this amount of cheating and corruption. 182
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 29/09/2026Yes probably. As you said they won’t come clean. It’s crazy reading all of the charges in detail. 120
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 29/09/2026Man City are surely finished! No coming back from all this. What’s interesting is they paid £180m for Haaland but they cooked the books to say £51m. Shouldn’t Dortmund be investigated for that also? 6506
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 27/09/2026Out for a walk and you don’t often see sheep in the construction business 😂 120
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 27/09/2026Definitely, football and politics never mix well. Yes, maybe suspend them until this is sorted. 010
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 27/09/2026Absolutely. The case is huge. The PL should never have allowed a state to own clubs. Plus similar to us with the Glazers, a panel should have stopped them. Got to look after the club as a whole plus the fans I guess they will finish the season as I can’t see it being sorted. What do you think? 110
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 27/09/2026It would be very surprising. I definitely agree that they knew and should be gone. It’s mad how big this case could continue to be, with all the teams that missed out on the title, missed out on revenue from European football and relegated teams. City have cheated everyone. 110
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 27/09/2026I agree Marit. They should be sacked. They all must have known what was going on. It’s sickening that City were allowed to cheat for that long. 120
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 25/09/2026He does look good. Coaches very impressed with his development 110
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 25/09/2026I think we will always champion our youth teams, as we should. These young lads are well worth it after seeing them play. I do think they should invest in the first team more though. 000
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 25/09/2026Hearing great things about this lad. Congratulations on the first professional contract. 240
Reposted by Marcus BaileyBluesky Dave @davesim.bsky.social · 20/09/2026This is one of the main reasons we’re struggling. An entire team who like to saunter about playing one-two’s without any fucking real movement. We will fix nothing without a better work rate. 283
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 20/09/2026They are. Can’t see how we will turn it around 010
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 20/09/2026Just insane isn’t it. Hate seeing our beloved club like this 😭 110
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 20/09/2026The club has not been recognisable for a long while now. Ran by clowns and most of our squad are average. Years of neglect at the club. 210
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 20/09/2026It certainly is. You see their willingness to run and put a shift in. Play quick attractive football. 000
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 20/09/2026We’ve also had a favourable set of fixtures to start the season too. 😡 010
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 20/09/2026You watch players at teams like Brighton and you see them chasing every ball down, running for 90mins and giving their all. Then you watch our lot. Disgraceful!! 030
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 20/09/2026They’ll start playing now for a bit. Jogged around for 63mins. Disgraceful! 140
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 20/09/2026100% This is just nowhere near good enough! No effort. Pathetic! 010
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 20/09/2026Dalot, Maguire, Martinez, Shaw & Rashford all need to go. Time to give others a chance, this lot have proved they aren’t good enough! 021
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 20/09/2026United fans doing their best to get them going!! 210
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 20/09/2026No urgency or closing down! Honestly can’t believe this is a Manchester United team. Unrecognisable! 130
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 20/09/2026He was pretty decent at Ajax & Bayern when he got a run of games. Yoro is currently way out of form. 100
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 20/09/2026He never gets a good run at RB. Not like Dalot who’s had years to impress. 010
Marcus Bailey @marcusbailey.bsky.social · 20/09/2026Surely Mazraoui & Amass would offer more than Dalot & Shaw. 210
