A little experiment! 🎨 Here's a Druuna sketch with my own voice commentary, explaining a few things as I draw. I'm thinking about adding more explanations to my drawing videos, but I'd love to know what you think. Do you prefer drawing videos with commentary or without? 🎙️✏️

Druunas keep popping out of my sketchbook! 😏✏️ Apparently, no matter how many pages I fill, she always finds a way to appear on the next one. And I’m definitely not complaining. ;) #MarcoTuriniArt #Druuna #Sketchbook #TraditionalArt #ComicArt

A sketch of Fayra, one of the characters I created for the dark fantasy project Centaur Riders. ⚔️ There’s much more coming from this world, so if fantasy, characters and behind-the-scenes development are your thing, make sure you follow the project!

A little tribute to a legendary character… and to my friend Stewart. 😉 Sometimes drawing a character you admire is simply about having fun and celebrating what made you love comics in the first place. #judgedredd #MarcoTuriniArt #ComicArt #Sketchbook #TraditionalArt #FanArt

These days I’ve moved away from digital drawing and returned completely to traditional media, but even when I was drawing on the iPad, I was always trying to recreate that traditional feeling — the texture, imperfections and energy of drawing on real paper. Some things never change. ;)

A classic Druuna on horseback... just a sketch for now. Maybe it's just a study... or maybe it's the beginning of a future illustration. Sometimes the best ideas start with a few pencil lines and a simple question: what if? #MarcoTuriniArt #Druuna #Sketchbook #TraditionalArt #ComicArt

A quick sketch study, mainly to understand how to handle the jacket. Sometimes these drawings are not about creating a finished piece, but about solving small visual problems before moving forward — fabric, folds, silhouette and attitude.

I’m thinking of drawing my next story just like this… pencils and simple watercolors. There’s something direct in this approach — less polished, maybe, but more alive. A way to keep the energy of the sketch while still building atmosphere. Would you like to see a full story drawn this way?
