This is huge, and it will have enormous repercussions on the future of the ICC. The entire process was a nightmare. Nobody cared to preserve the integrity of the the institution. Let's try and move on to reconstruction now.

The book aims at speaking to both public international law (particularly treaty interpretation) and international criminal law communites.
