A truly horrible act of terror was turned into an excuse to commit an evil genocide of Palestinians and destroy the whole of Gaza. As horrible as Oct 7 was - and it was terrorism, make no mistake - it's NO justification for the criminal Zionist orgy + revenge killing of at least 77,271 Palestinians.

UN experts and human rights orgs have warned that sending migrants to countries where they have no ties, in conflict zones or with poor human rights records, exposes them to torture, disappearances, and trafficking. A clear violation of int'l human rights standards. But it's SCOTUS vs int'l law.

It gets worse. A September 2026 appeals court ruling determined that deporting individuals to 3rd countries without providing meaningful notice or an opportunity to raise fears of torture or persecution violates constitutional due process rights. SCOTUS has just stepped all over this ruling.

SCOTUS vs international law. International law, including the Convention Against Torture and the 1951 Refugee Convention, prohibits sending individuals to any country where they face a risk of persecution, torture, or serious harm. But SCOTUS says it's ok to deport people anywhere the US wants.
