Location: Maison Bord du Lac is in the farthest reaches of Lower Coerthas. It lacks permafrost and is more temperate. Part of its lands are on the Yafaemi Saltmoor, on the other side of which is the former empire of Mhach. It also borders Bellevaux, the town run by Marce’s House Bonvivant.
