More likely that Virgin want to terminate at Stratford if the HO will staff it. They will have only 1 departure every 90mins, so won’t need huge spaces since passenger overlap will be minimal. They will be able to reduce costs (maybe) It just depends if 10min interval DLR is what arriving pax want.

Lopez is my MP. Her constituency office is at the same address (albeit in a different part of the building) as Uniserve, a freight company that was awarded £1.4 billion in Covid contracts (some in association with PPE Medpro). I'm sure it is all a huge coincidence though.
