Measles cases continue to surge globally, putting millions of children at risk. More than 10 million people globally were infected with measles in 2023, a 20% increase from the previous year. bit.ly/48SAtkf
Measles is preventable with two doses of measles vaccine; yet more than 22 million children missed their first dose of measles vaccine in 2023. Globally, an estimated 83% of children received their first dose of measles vaccine last year, while only 74% received the recommended second dose.

odin and monty are exciting new tools - a DSL for ODE based models and an MCMC sampler (includes Metropolis-Hastings and HMC) written in R and compiled to C for performance. Very user friendly compared to other options out there imo!
