Im down like 45 pounds from November of last year. Im somewhat surprised I dont think i need a tummy tuck - but I really would like to tighten the skin around my tummy from the weight loss

Update. Big mac has finished his dental surgery. He was there from 9 am to 6 pm (not total surgery time) Total cost? 8.2k.. im going to set up a GFM.. He is very loopy right now. But home. I love him so much more than I can express.
