Spent part of the weekend building an open source password manager and learned a ton! Turns out I didn't need to be supporting a closed source one from a corporation with questionable owners. Now I can give the same money to the open-source community **and** know what solution I am trusting.

Took my kids to a chess club. It was wonderful seeing little people help each other win for the love of the game. As adults we need to learn from kids to just relax and have fun. Life is not about meeting objectives and goals regardless of what the corporate world might tell you.

I am trying to get a good crash course in #Typescript. Net Ninja youtube series looks like a good one. Any other recommendations? I have a development background but not very well-versed with JavaScript at the moment, but I can hack in it when I need to.
