Was worried I was was wasting money. But now I feel good about it, at least I can see some baby results, I am learning and earning. Hopefully, this turns into a bigger opportunity either becoming an expert at YouTube growth strategies or scaling the channel as a business.

Yesterday, I posted our 17th video and it hit over 30k views in just 15 hours, my best yet 🙃 Every video has been breaking our records: 1k, 3k, 10k, 16k, and now 30k+ views. In the last 30 days, I’ve gained 75 subscribers and over 50k views.

I did something crazy in May. I started a faceless YouTube channel back in Dec 2024 but didn’t post anything until May 2025. Made myself as a YouTube Growth Intern, putting in 5 hours a week. I handle everything from ideas, scripting, voiceovers, editing, SEO, to thumbnails, titles, and posting.

Failures have been plenty. What’s one more? I’m sharing my journey—the wins, setbacks, & lessons. Speaking of wins, I wrapped up that client project by 2 AM. It felt amazing to deliver!

Running Opslabx + building a team for my startup Altlets = chaos. Deadlines missed. Plans wrecked. But I’m learning, resting when I need to, and moving forward without fear 🔥

Then I got a text from an old client needing help with their email campaign. 4 days in, I had my first client. It’s a small win, but after the punches life’s thrown lately, it felt HUGE.

Launched a marketing agency Opslabx last weekend. Set up socials, email, & a Linktr.ee/opslabx portfolio. By the fourth day, I was questioning everything🤔

This is no Microsoft issue and you don't have to panic as long as you don't use CrowdStrike. Don't panic too even if you use #CrowdStrike A fix has been deployed, the company says, but admits it "could be some time" before systems are fully back up and running!

We had an unusual massive influx of CrowdStrike related issues today at #Microsoft .. The outage of the Cybersecurity IT service have hit major industries across the world; Here is what I have to say: The defect affects Windows OS that use CrowdStrike related services on them. See comment 👇

Basically, if you haven't already gotten pre-orders, and ideally *paid* pre-orders, before you start a company - don't start a company. Find something you or a small group could do as a minor project, sell it, and only then start building the product. #startup #veenture #entrepreneurship

Micro influencers are cheaper, more authentic, niche centric, drive more engagement and better conversion.. you can also do hybrid (macro + micro) but micro first and better if your budget is low

Mapida Wreford @mapida.bsky.social · 12/12/2023

Meta and Google ads have dramatically hiked.. probably it's still a convenient price for businesses that earn in dollars.. No small businesses in my local ever subscribe to it in the past years.. Micro influencers are the no one option now..
