Could have been enjoying ourselves making fun of City and Liverpool, but when you’ve managed to lose at home to a 10 man David Moyes team, you cannot be making fun of anyone. Thanks United… #UCL

The Tottenham sides of the last few years have arguably been the worse Tottenham teams of their recent history. Yet United have failed to beat them in 8 consecutive games.

I might be wrong but I do not remember a game this season where we weren’t worse after half time. Our second half performances seem to always be worse. #MUFC

Trying to take blame off one side and putting it on the other is completely wrong. INEOS were obviously wrong to hire Amorim and the longer they keep him the bigger their mistake is becoming. But that is irrelevant with Amorim’s responsibility and blame for what we are seeing on the pitch.

Romano is putting out stories about Xavi. Which means that Xavi’s people are trying to make it public that he is available. #MUFC

HT: 2-1 We are insisting on playing 5 defenders even though we have not kept a clean sheet yet this season. Happy for Sesko. Hopefully his goal is the first of many. Nothing else to say that hasn’t already been said a hundred times. I am struggling to find things I like about how we play. #MUFC

We have 3 players in this lineup who are No10s yet the first time in the game that we started a promising attack, a wingback (Dalot) had the ball in the No10 position. 🤦🏼‍♂️ #BREMUN

The next 2 games are Ruben’s chance to win a lot of people’s confidence back. Including his players. I would love to see us not play with 5 defenders in these next 2 games. And I am not referring to the formation but the player selection. You do not need 5 defenders against BRE and SUN. #MUFC

It is no coincidence that in almost every game United create more chances in the late stages of the game. For various reasons, that is usually the part of the games where tactics and systems have the least impact. #MUFC

Notice how many times the United player who receives the ball in a dangerous area, is a wingback. And that can’t be a great idea when your wingbacks are not that good in those areas. #MUFC

HT: 1-0 Our press in City’s buildup has been good but that has basically been the only good thing we’ve done in the first half. Apart from that, one more boring performance up to now. #MCIMUN

This is a City team that can be got at. It’s not a team that scares any decent opponent, at least not yet. The question is, is UTD going to try & go at them? Or are we going to play with 5 defenders plus a couple of DMs and just try not to lose instead of really going for the 3 points? #MUFC

I’m glad Onana is leaving (even just for a season) because he has been massively disappointing. However, Manchester United need find a way to have their goalkeeper in fewer situations in which he can make a mistake. Regardless of who that keeper is. #MUFC

I really hope I’m wrong, but I have a very strong feeling that not getting a midfielder will prove to be a big mistake. It should have been our first priority this summer.

010

Manolis - Man United Fans Voice @manunitedfansvoice.bsky.social · 01/09/2025

Although I obviously want to see good performances vs the top teams, I think that the main objective for UTD at this point is how we perform vs midtable teams. I think it is more important right now to be able to consistently get wins vs the Fulhams, the Brightons, the Brentfords etc of the league.

How refreshing to see a manager take responsibility for what is happening. And by the way, that manager had a 54% win rate in the club that just sacked him.

Manolis - Man United Fans Voice @manunitedfansvoice.bsky.social · 28/08/2025

Since Amorim came, in 34 domestic games Manchester United have won just 8. He has the lowest win rate of any permanent manager after SAF. All that is before the Grimsby game. #MUFC

The truth is that we could actually still win tonight, because the difference in quality is enormous. But this system is an absolute disaster and someone needs to tell him that it has to finally change. Enough.

#MUFC had more chances in that half but at the same time EVERY_SINGLE_FULHAM_CORNER feels like a big chance for them. To be fair to Bayindir though, apart from the corners he’s been ok. We started really well but then Fulham adapted and we have once again became slow, boring and predictable.

#MUFC definitely knew that Baleba would be very expensive yet they considered that possibility. That must mean that there is a fee available to go for someone a bit cheaper.

Manolis - Man United Fans Voice @manunitedfansvoice.bsky.social · 15/08/2025

Hopefully plan B for the midfield isn’t some 30+ player who we’ll buy for a huge fee and give a stupid salary to, on a 5 year contract. Because we’ve seen that before and it doesn’t go well… #MUFC

#MUFC fans will be angry with Chelsea’s valuation of Garnacho. But is it really a surprise? Why would they want to offer more for an asset that we have already massively devalued? Plus they know that we are desperate & the more they wait the more desperate we’ll become.

000

Manolis - Man United Fans Voice @manunitedfansvoice.bsky.social · 28/07/2025

I get that finding positivity is very important, but can we maybe calm down a bit with celebrating things like agreeing to pay for new players in installments and how many fans attended a preseason friendly…? #MUFC

Unfortunately what managers achieved with their previous clubs has little significance when it comes to what they can do at United. We have seen that repeatedly. And actually the guy that took us closer to where we want to be had the least impressive managerial resume. #MUFC
