These days I finished reading A THEORY OF FUN, by Raph Koster. This is a really interesting game about game design focusing the person playing in terms of experience. It proposes a definition of games as abstract tools for learning real things and . #boardgames

VOTES FOR WOMEN, by Tory Brown. I'm not sure about what I think of this game... First phase is a cube-moving game where you campaign, and after 6 rounds, second phase is a dice-rolling direct resolution. IMHO, not too elegant, but somehow, it works and a thrilling ending arises. #boardgames

SPEAKEASY. The 6th Lacerda un my collection! First game so far. First thoughts: game feels great but product experience could be better. Setup is too long; UI feels too busy, too crowded, and it doesn't feel comfortable; components are too big... I would LOVE a not-deluxe version. #boardgames

TERMINUS. Definitely not for me. It is beautiful on the table and it has some interesting mechanics, but I don't like the feeling of being always short of resources. If you like that feeling you'll love this game with its mean action selection system... #boardgames
