I hope for change as well. The other kids were SO well behaved but I also feel bad because I believe (and I am no psychologist by any means but using anecdotal experience) that kid was neurodivergent to a degree and needed extra help. The mom especially was in denial but I wasn't allowed to say.

I really hope the surgery helps you feel better. This sounds so exhausting and scary. I am sorry you're so stressed out. I wanted to share my experience in surgery, albeit not the same but still surgery. I had to have an emergency c-section last year because I got really sick and had an infection-

What is crazier, is I am a parent to a 1 y/o myself now. These administrators really do not gaf and enable these bad parents to continue letting their kids run amuck. Bad parents wouldn't have so much power if these admins actually did their JOB. (sorry for 3 comments, not enough characters lol)

My superiors never addressed the kid biting. The parent thought we were singling out her kid (which wasn't true) but he genuinely was not ready for daycare. In my personal opinion, he needed to be eval'ed by a psychologist. Outbursts and disrupting other kids was common - (cont)
