Been playing Date Everything recently, and I'm absolutely enamoured by Betty the bed. I think I'd die for her.

A buxom, light purple-haired vixen dressed in what appears to be a robe of flowing sheets and a corset modelled on bed support slats. Her hands are up, gripping her hair, as she blushes, lips slightly parted, exuding a cute, almost submissive sexiness. Her eyes scream 'come to bed', which is excellent humanoid-bed-based character design.

My bro just sent me this photo of when we went Florence, Italy and it pissed down. Without an umbrella I decided to use my head, grab a bit of cardboard outside some shop or other & make my own. Probably my best innovation ever.

A screen grab of my brother's Insta or Snapchat thingy, I don't know. It shows me holding a Coke bottle as a handle that's poking into a hole in a flat cardboard box, creating a makeshift umbrella in the rain. Impressive. Underneath the top part of my head appears to be in smug mode.

I never thought I'd share so much in common with a lettuce.

A small excerpt of a Guardian article. "We might like to eat salad in the heat but lettuce is not a big fan of very hot weather. Its ideal growing temperature is about 20c, according to farmers, and it starts to get stressed at 24c. Over 35c, it won't be suitable for sale, so the recent bouts of hot weather have been tricky for growers".

Just did a search for sumac, never had it before, wanted to know the flavour profile etc. Turns out I should not, under any circumstances, get it confused with poison sumac (which is a bit like saying 'enjoy your milkshake, but just make sure it's not death milkshake').
