That's curtains on the 'All3Media' brand. Masterchef & Peaky Blinders producer Banijay has just announced its merger with Traitors producer All3Media has closed, with the combined company known going forward as Banijay Entertainment. Jeff Zucker is chairman and Banijay's Marco Bassetti is CEO.
