I've always wondered if this is an actual Seattle tradition/style to get a hot dog this way. Not knocking it by any means because I've had it at my local hot dog place before and it was delicious. They specialize in hot dogs of major US cities.

The Seattle variant of a hot dog, featuring mustard, grilled onions, cream cheese, and sauerkraut. Only unappealing if you have an unrefined palate or immature taste buds.

It isn't my first choice by any means, but I'll fuck with a Casey's taco pizza if it's being offered freely. And most local pizzerias around my area usually list it as a specialty pizza.
