We argue that the politicisation of the EU issue, has intensified partisan conflict in these countries, and that these changes in EU polarisation have influenced public attitudes towards European integration. We calculate EU polarisation using data from the @manifestoproj.bsky.social .

Das Institut für Demokratieforschung (IfDem) sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitraum eine*n engagierte Studierende (w/m/d) mit einem Beschäftigungsumfang von ca. 40 Stunden im Monat (mit oder ohne B.A.-Abschluss) zur Unterstützung der Forschungs- und Lehraufgaben im Bereich der Parteien- und Politischen Kulturforschung. Die Vergütung erfolgt entsprechend der Regelungen für studentische Hilfskräfte. Die Stelle ist zunächst auf 12 Monate befristet.
Ihre Aufgaben:
•	Unterstützung des Lehrstuhls von Herrn Prof. Franzmann in Forschung & Lehre
•	Mitarbeit im Manifesto Project (MARPOR), v.a. Unterstützung der inhaltsanalytischen Kodierprozesse
