She's filing down her nails. Something to keep her hands occupied.

Killian is fiddling with her custom matchbox, striking the side of it with a match. She holds it up, watching as it burns down towards her fingers.

"That's absolutely amazing, for it to be so fine tuned." Killian grinned, a soft chuckle rising in her throat. "Well, we were made to be strong. Spartans are very active, so we're typically in good health." Killian made a gesture towards her right leg. —

"Ah, that makes sense, I'm guessing that for that, you have a great sense of hearing things, just as a whole." Again, she did have to wonder how sensitive the hearing of Eridians was. What could they hear compared to other living things that used echolocation?

The Spartan wasn't too bothered with their lack of words. She crouched back down and started to arrange some of the scrap wood she found to make a base for the fire, placing kindling in between pieces. "Aye, no worries." If anything, she was more concerned about getting the fire started.

As far as she was able to tell, there were some items laying around in close vicinity. She'd jog over towards some of the chunks of what looked to be discarded wood, gathering as much as she could carry and bringing it back over. "This should be enough to get something going over here."
