I worked on my Disassembly Drone OC and tweaked her design! Her name is Juniper :3 backstory and connection to my other OC in the alt text, and it might be a little spoilery for the show so just be warned! #art #murderdrones #oc #fanart #serialdesignation-J

Juniper was originally a SD-J clone, but after Cyn was defeated, she decided to change and tamper with herself, reprogramming and physically changing herself. Where her relationship with Loid(my cowboy worker drone OC) comes in is when she was reprogramming herself. So, a clone of J massacred Loid’s entire colony, so, as one does, Loid hunted down and killed that specific clone of J. This made all versions of J note him down as a particular threat. When Juniper was reprogramming herself, she messed up, corrupting her programming and making her obsessed with Loid to an unhealthy degree. The obsession first starts as flirty murderous intent, and progresses to a genuine infatuation with Loid. I would call her yandere(because she basically is one) but I just don’t really like the romanticization of mental illnesses, and the term “yandere” is also connected to Yandere Dev, and that guy is a huge creep. I’m still debating on whether Loid helps her to express her feelings in a more healthy way, or if I make their ending tragic, ending with Juniper killing and eating Loid, and in turn(for reasons I’ll explain in a post about Loid) killing herself in the process. I’m personally a guy that really likes happy endings(especially when it comes to romance) but idk.

Loid(left) is a cowboy Worker drone, he wasn’t programmed as a cowboy but when he got repaired after the initial take over of copper 9, centuries worth of cowboy movies were accidentally uploaded into his systems. I don’t currently have a name for the Murder Drone OC(right) but her general backstory is that she was initially a SD-J clone, but after Cyn was defeated she tampered with her systems/body and became her own thing. Loid has killed a version of J(vendetta for killing his colony) and that affected her, making her obsessed with him.
