Bowen Turner was accused of raping 3 different girls between 2018-2019. He hired State Senator Brad Hutto to get him out of those charges and he essentially did in 2021. Bowen was sentenced to PROBATION for the sexual assaults. And he violated that probation THREE TIMES.

BREAKING: Thrice-accused rapist Bowen Turner of Orangeburg, South Carolina will remain a registered sex offender, the SC Court of Appeals ruled today. Turner was released from prison in Nov. We are still waiting to hear back on survivor Chloe Bess’ appeal — which could be HUGE for victims’ rights.
