If that is the case, Copilot uses Client A's knowledge to write a paragraph for Client B. How can we set Copilot not to use Client A's data?

If the answer is "Yes CoPilot will suggest company X". Then that means the data is shared between both Client A and B. Anything Microsoft says about permissions is moot

I think someone is confused. I would pose the question this way: Kathryn has permission to access Client A and Client B. Kathryn is working on a document in Client A's folder. Kathryn wants types: "Client reached out to Company X to try to resolve the issue."
