I was called "metrosexual" and faggot for being a more feminine man than masculine one. It was because of this that I was obsessed with looking as androgynous as possible not to be called feminine and not to be too masculine as I didn't like it either. Should've been a sign tbh.

I wish I had found out sooner that I was autistic as that would explain a lot of the stuff I've been going through for most of my life. Same with bipolar. Being undiagnosed for like 85% of your life can certainly have long last impacts that can make it hard to change certain habits you formed.

I never learned how to relax as an autistic person and it apparently is very different than how a neurotypical person would relax. Which is kind of terrifying to find out honestly? Just learning that the ways I've tried to rest in the past have not helped me at all is a bit upsetting.

It's hard to balance between trust and distrust but I found that if you have written out what you want to talk about before hand and what you want to get from the meeting and a direct list of complaints you want to address you can get to the bottom of what you want to accomplish at the meeting.

I don't know what the project entails or what your status is on it. But I'd suggest asking if your contribution to the project is making a difference. Ask if it's possible to be given more appropriate tasks that challenge your skills. Plus mentioning what you find boring about your tasks.

Burnout sucks so much and I wonder if there is a solution to the exhaustion besides taking days off to mentally recharge. But even if I do that the work that needs to be done never gets done till I get back. At this point I think I need a fucking year off to completely recharge.

I sometimes worry that I haven't actually recovered from burnout and while I think Denfur helped a little bit. I just feel so tired all the time and don't really pursue any hobbies or special interests. I just work, watch videos, and sleep. It's not really a way to live but it's all I can do.
