Callonduin grew up swimming the rivers and falls of Rivendell, so a big trait of his is being good at swimming 🏊

I have an idea for an AU that involves one OC trying to end the world and another very cynical OC being forced to vouch for the world and people and convince the former not to destroy everything. It's acknowledged in-story that the latter is a horrible person for the job 😂

Lastly, Nellriel was MADE to be a fun adventure heroine... but I feel there's a caveat that it can only be so serious before she starts feeling genuinely annoying? Like, she's a Ranger, and there are dark parts, but the overall tone/lens her story takes is fun and light.

Linnéa's best in a thriller/drama, especially I think with a crime aspect. I think a lot of my Tolkien OCs, despite being in high fantasy, can work in other genres. But I think with Linnéa, she can't be a magical girl. She can be *in* the story but only as a Token Normal side character.

Ah, a thread for this one! 🧵 Rhossathiel was heavily inspired by comic books, especially the more gritty kinds, so she'd definitely do well in that genre. I can totally see her in something like the Suicide Squad. She's not compatible with romcom or slice-of-life.

My end of the year recap! I made it my goal this year to make more friend art, and I think it shows here cus a number of these OCs belong to friends. The recap doesn't even cover all of it, there's just that many, and I'm glad for it 🌟

It's no longer May, but whatever, have an off-season mermaid! 🧜‍♀️ This is my Atlantica design for my #KHOC Lila. I've had the concept sketch since... 2022? And decided to see it through this year!

020

Mamon @mamon-artdump.bsky.social · 28/06/2025

Thinking about old projects got me drafting stuff for my #khoc! If Janus of Guardia is about unchecked patterns, I'd say the main theme of Lila's story is how trauma responses tend to be delayed and can hit us when we're ironically in a safer place.

Mamon @mamon-artdump.bsky.social · 28/06/2025

My old #chronotrigger AU on Tumblr (Janus of Guardia) that has its own AU where Glenn joins the Mystics. A big theme for the whole thing is how even in different circumstances, our unchecked patterns of thought and behavior can doom us to the same end~
