Processed 50lbs of tomato, today, for pasta sauce. The peels, all laid out on my dehydrator tray, were gorgeous. Good night, folks. Feed yourself and your soul, if you can.

My mother, and I, processed all of these, today. I made 6 pints of applesauce from the remnants of a quart of juice cooked/squeezed out for apple cider. ^^My happy thought for the evening.
