As someone who has never fully read The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, this is exactly what I imagine it's like. More like The Lion, the Wisdom and the Wheelbarrow. #books #booksky

And if you're curious what I might be reading next, I'm planning to tackle The Chronicles of Narnia series from publication order, starting with The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. I'll keep you all posted as that happens.

To the handful of people who may be interested, I am proud to announce that I have finished The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes today! This is the first time I have read a book cover-to-cover and finished it in YEARS! I am very, very proud of myself! This gives me hope. #booksky #books

Yup. It was all a dream. This was the plan from the very beginning. I kid you not. Sorry for the anticlimax. It's kinda really funny to me, though. BUT NOW THE MAYTERNITY SEQUENCE IS OVER! HOORAY! #furry #art #pregfur #mayternity #furryart #hyper #wg #thicc #bbw #hyperboobs #hyperbreasts #boobs

Aria looking in bewildered confusion at a loaf of bread being presented to her after she gave birth to it. It turns out this is all in a dream bubble while the real aria is sleeping.

In case any of you are interested in more of my opinions on The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, the story of The Engineer's Thumb has a similar structure to The Five Orange Pips, which I talked about recently, but its conclusion, while also an anticlimax, feels much more appropriate. I recommend it.

Hi everyone! I have decided to open up commissions for the first time because of some medical complications in my life. I won't go into details, but I am unable to work many standard jobs right now because I am not in good physical condition and haven't been for a while now. On top of that, I

If you couldn't tell from today's post, the book I'm reading is The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, and here's a fun fact: this book is in the public domain and you can read it for free online on one of Wikipedia's sister sites! en.wikisource.org/wiki/The_Adv...

The buildup is great, as is with all the stories in this book, but my main critique has to do with the resolution. It feels so rushed, we see none of the detective field work that I so love from the other stories in this book, and the ending, while mysterious, is anticlimactic and disappointing.

I've been reading The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, which has The Five Orange Pips story in it, which got adapted into the film The House of Fear, which I remember seeing years ago and liking a lot, but after reading the written version, I'm disappointed. The movie is way better. #booksky #books

Y'all have to try reading a book from the 1800s sometime. I have encountered more words I didn't know existed in the past week than I have in the past year. Try telling me what you think "teetotalism" means without looking it up.

To keep you all entertained in my brief absence, here's a really cute lil sketch I did of baby Prynn to feel better tonight. It's a lil rough, but I'll flesh it out over time. I also want to give her a body. Oh, and this is like one of the few times where I'll let y'all refer to Prynn as 'her'.

MamaFoxtrot (COMMS OPEN!) @mamafoxtrot.bsky.social · 13/08/2026

Wow, apparently the people on DeviantArt really do NOT fw masc Prynn. I never have art perform this badly over there. I'm honestly past the point of being disappointed and now I'm just impressed.

CW: Birth. I was working on part 9 of Aria's Mayternity, but then I remembered that giving birth while laying on one's back is like one of the worst ways to do it, so now I've gotta scrap this. It happens. You all get what I've come up with so far, though, because y'all deserve a treat.

Sometimes you need to imagine your OC as a pastry with a piping bag full of pudding filling them up and making them a pudding-filled donut to realize that they need to canonically cum pudding now, even when not a pastry.

I think I'm cursed because whenever I buy something in a way that requires a person to uphold some kind of obligation to deliver my product, it always, always, ALWAYS goes wrong. Most times when buying commissions, there's issues; I just had to refund an Ebay order because I never received it. Wtf.

My wisdom of the day is: if you are making a video game, and the quit button is easily accessible in the menu right next to, let's say, the items button, or even just in general, always please have a submenu asking if the player is sure they want to quit. Many headaches could be saved.

MamaFoxtrot (COMMS OPEN!) @mamafoxtrot.bsky.social · 11/04/2026

Fun fact: if you struggle at using neopronouns, create an OC who uses them and then come up with all sorts of scenarios and stories of this character, and eventually, it feels a lot more natural. More on this character eventually.
