The crazy thing about working with father figure ancestors and/or the father archetype is how massive the breakthroughs can be. I had a full-on numinous experience (like 🍄 without the 🍄) while sitting with them.

The key to consistency for me is that most of these practices can be done for any amount of time. The full set can take ~40 minutes or 4+ hours, depending on where my energy is flowing that day.
