I never went back for follow-up checks after my Treatment. Sometimes some of us just might not want to know. If I got a recurrence, I am most certainly doomed. I would rather not know and just (as my Dad always said) 'wake up dead' one morning. 🤨

Everyone is different though. I hate my body post-cancer. 😐Yes it tried to kill me, and treatment halted that, but now it seems to try to kill me slower or at least make my life much more difficult, as it was affected by the treatment 😮. #damncancer

You should provide information on Pelvic Radiation Disease; which includes severe bowel symptoms such as diarrhoea, crampy pain, urgency, frequency and nausea. When I got my Biospsy result. I reckoned it was cancer anyway, as I'd been fobbed off for so long despite knowing something was seriously wrong, but it hit home when I was told it was endo-cervical adenocarcinoma and not merely adenomyosis or endometriosis. 😐 #damncancer
