I wanted to share a very specific and unserious character design gripe I tend to have

On the left are simple doodles of two cartoony faces, one pitch black with the only visible facial features being two small round eyes and a jagged smiling mouth both colored white, and the other a similarly simple face with fully jet black eyes and a toothy grin. Written above them is "The perfect face!!!", and there are little cartoon sparkles all around them.
On the right are those exact same faces, but they now have prominent eyebrows drawn on them. There is much larger and messier writing above and behind these faces that says "YOU RUINED IT I HATE YOUUUUU UUUUUGH"

Huh? What do you mean summer's already almost over? (HE/HIM for Malice 😈🏳️‍⚧️, THEY/THEM for Graphy 🖤) #art #oc

Rendered artwork of two characters in front of a bright blue sky with a few white clouds and the ocean visible in the distance. The main focus is Malice, a humanoid monster with sharp black horns and a long, thin black tail that has a white star-shaped end. He's wearing a soft pink bikini with ruffles on the top piece, and the bottom's straps are tied at the sides with konpeito-shaped beads on the hanging ends. Pretty white strands with tiny starry beads hanging from them are tied to parts of his bikini on both sides, one is hanging from the end of his tail, and another is wrapped around the tip of one of his horns. A sheer pink shawl hangs loosely on his body. He's also wearing a pale sunhat with a light pink ribbon wrapped around the top, tied in a bow at the back. His horns stick up through the brim on either side, with a pair of sunglasses resting on the top of the hat between them. He has long brown hair and bangs blowing slightly to the side in the wind. The bangs cover most of his face, leaving only the right side of his pitch black face and a single white eye visible. He's holding hat on top of his head in the wind, looking somewhere off to the side. In his other clawed hand he's holding a blue popsicle, which is starting to melt; a few drops have fallen onto his left breast and are dripping down.
The other character, Graphy, is down near his right thigh. They are a small creature with pitch black skin, with a round head and smaller round hands floating detached from the rest of their body. They have white horns on their head, with a thin pink ribbon wrapped around each one tied in a bow at the side. They're looking up at Malice with round white eyes and a happy expression, mess from the strawberry popsicle they're holding in one hand at the sides of their open mouth and on their cheeks. Their other hand is holding onto Malice's thigh. They're wearing a light pink swimsuit with ruffles, and a clear inner tube with colorful star patterning in on their waist.

general idea of where I was at mentally by the end of yesterday's stream #doodles #frlg.ips :

Messy doodle of a new rock, in some grass by the water. A shadow of some large silhouette covers it and the surrounding grass. Speech bubbles are above it, coming from someone off-screen, who is saying: "New rock by the water. I missed you so much."

A messy doodle of the opposite perspective from the first one, showing a Pokemon trainer and his "Blastoise" standing over/in front of the rock. The trainer is finishing his dialogue started in the first doodle, with one more speech bubble that says: "I did a lot of terrible shit today." He's stylized like my sona Malice, his long messy hair and exposed skin is shadowed pitch black, and so are the two horns pointing up from the sides of his head. His only visible facial features are a small pale eye and sharp teeth. His mouth looks like a smile as he talks, but it's more strained and tense than genuine; he's covered in some kind of water and his own sweat, and tear tracks under his visible eye show he's been crying. The Pokemon standing to his side is the secret fourth evolution for Blastoise in FRLG.IPS, the Pokemon "Rainer", which looks the same as Blastoise aside from a messed-up color palette and some glitch effects. It's Mal's partner Pokemon, "Hope". It doesn't seem too phased by anything, only looking at its trainer with slight curiosity to his shaken demeanor.

OH MY GOD got my art done just in time, I'm so sorry for the last-minute submission, I got struck by time blindness again this week 🙇‍♂️ ...What? "The old ball and chain"? No, these are just the newlyweds! Old Ball and her husband Chain!

#art #artfight I feel bad that external circumstances made it so I couldn't get much done for art fight this year, but I'm at least glad I got a few more revenges done for my friends! I'll get the rest of my revenge next year short thread with them in order: for @yourob10.bsky.social

Rendered art of the character Remi, a chubby squirrel furry with light gray fur, light blue fluffy hair, with a big squirrel tail with light blue fur. He's wearing plain black shoes, plain dark blue pants, and a white shirt with a dark blue pattern that's a simplified crescent moon and stars. He's over a dark background and striding over some dark, reflective water. A bright star is right above him, and his face is turned up towards it with an expression of awe and joy, a hand held up as if to grab it. Small bursts of light are emitted from the star, like fireworks.

FINALLY GOT TO MAKE AN ATTACK!!! Art Fight revenge for @mildmarshmellow.bsky.social, which also doubles as fan art for his game "My Partner is a Monster" #artfight #artfight2026 #mpiam

Art of a massive monster (Partner) looming over/curled around a smaller cloaked figure (Player). Partner has their eyes closed with tears dripping down their face, and Player is looking up at them and holding an arm up to their face. A single teardrop is glowing brightly between them. Text above them says: "It's rotten work." Text below them says: "Not to me. Not if it's you."

The worst part is I’m used to being able to zoom in/out with one finger and the stylus I used to use instead of two fingers, but an apple pencil doesn’t work like that and I can’t find a way to make it work with that zoom function. This thing will force me to learn to stop zooming in so much

A LATE ENTRY enters the arena!!! I really didn't mean to join Art Fight this year halfway, but the start of this month fucked me over in more ways than one. My ocs + refs aren't nearly the quality I wanted them to be, but I finally have at least enough to get started 🔪✨! artfight.net/~MalContenttt

Hi!!! You won't see me online much for the next couple of days, and that's definitely in big part to avoid Deltarune chapter 5 spoilers - but MORE IMPORTANTLY it's 'cause one of my oldest friends, my QPP, is visiting me for the first time EVER!!! I'm heading to the airport to pick them up rn 👋

Made a goofy sign for when I meet someone very special at the airport later

A photo of a big sign made of white cardboard, with "FARREN!" written on it in dark blue sharpie. There's doodles all around the text in a few different sharpie colors, like sparkles, moons, diamond shapes, and a simplified drawing of a luna moth below the text.

#art Usually every year I draw my sona in a pride themed illustration, but I don't know if I have it in me for something that big right now, so I just drew an icon for now 💖✨️🏳️‍🌈 Posting two versions because I tried messing around with a gradient map for the first time and I think it looks cool!!!

Digital art, an icon drawn of my sona Malice. He's leaning forward and towards the "camera", looking up at the viewer with a big open smile full of sharp teeth, and his hands are pressed against the screen. His hands and the tips of his bangs are covered in splotches and drops of paint in every shade of the rainbow, and more droplets in the colors of the trans flag are sprayed across the edges of the drawing in front of everything, as if paint got on the camera/screen. Small splotches of paint in the same colors are striped across his visible cheek, resembling a small trans flag.

The same drawing as the other image, but a gradient map with colors of the trans flag have been applied to the layers below the hands, the main visual difference being that his hair is now colored bright turquoise/blue.

Heehee~! My boy is supposed to be a horror monster that decided to wrap himself up in cute pink clothes and ribbons instead of being so scary all the time

Cropped section of a reference drawing of Malice, a character that's a fat, scary-looking horned monster. His visible skin is pitch black, including a pair of horns that curve out and above his head. He has long, slightly messy brown hair that flows down his back to this thighs, and his bangs are long enough to cover most of his face except for some of his right side, leaving a white round eye and half of a grin full of sharp teeth visible. Thin pink ribbons criss-cross in a couple of places in his hair, and thicker ribbons are wrapped around his horns and tied into a bow on each one. He wears a thick pink sweater that falls off his shoulders, with big sleeves that are laced with white ribbons and have a white bow at each end. He's also wearing soft white thigh-high socks, laced down each side with pink ribbons. He has plain pink slippers on his feet. He's also wearing a pink choker with a pendant that's shaped like a crescent moon, and a string is wrapped around one of his horns and hangs down with a couple of star shaped beads. He has a long, thin, black tail curled behind him, with a pale pink ribbon wrapped around it under the white, star shaped tip. Claws are visible below the ends of his sleeves, and so is a hanging link of chains, implied to be leading to a shackle on each wrist. He's slightly hunched over with his arms hanging in front of him, grinning and staring menacingly at the viewer.

A simple, messy doodle of Malice from the waist up, drawn with a pencil brush. He's looking to the left with a neutral expression, and an arrow points to him from text that reads: diseased brain.

Set of emotes that was just completed for @islander-isaac.bsky.social! Thank you for the commission 🔪✨ #art

Image that shows off five emotes. Text at the top says "emotes for @islander_isaac". Text in the bottom left corner says "by MalContentVT". The first emote is of Isaac, hands clasped together, blushing and smiling with heart eyes and little hearts around him; second emote is them going "AUGH" drawn in the style of a crying Peanuts character; third is them looking down with a sad expression and tears pouring from his eyes; fourth is of him looking pumped up with a raised fist, fire coming from his eyes and on the fist; and the last is of them holding their head in pain as a little star has fallen down and bonked them on top of it.

I know this kind of feeling never really goes away for most artists. I hope you know that you've already done so much for so many people, and I don't think you'll ever be useless even if you sleep for 100 years (I only have my phone with me but since that's how you draw I figured I'd at least try)

A simple, small doodle of a tiny Salem, wrapped up in a blanket and sleeping. Just his head and the tips of his ears that he's sleeping on are visible.

I want these doodles I drew earlier to remind everyone that I would be unstoppable were it not for several biological killswitches built into my shambling husk of a body

Simple black and white doodle of Malice. The camera is under him, looking up from a slight angle. He's looking up into the sky as flower petals fly through the breeze, a breeze that also lightly blow his hair. Text in the image reads:

"It's spring.
Today is beautiful.

It feels like things are finally going to get better.

I feel so motivated, I'm gonna-"

Even simpler and quicker black and white doodle. A tiny drawing of Malice suddenly hunched over in pain, clutching his middle, is towards the middle bottom of the image, a speech bubble coming from him with large text that just says "OW." More faded text is next to an arrow pointing to him and reads, "He's got period cramps"

I didn't actually miss out on the "sona wearing a bunny outfit" trend yesterday, Malice just didn't get any post for it because he celebrated Easter and immediately went into a food coma. promise. but it's alright because today's another holiday to celebrate anyways #doodles

A sketched drawing of the characters Malice and Graphy, the former looking groggy like he just woke up, and the latter still asleep on the ground and clutching a half-eaten chocolate bunny. They are both wearing soft bunny onesies, and the zipper on Malice's is down far enough to show off his cleavage. The two of them are surrounded by Easter eggs and bits of chocolate wrappers strewn about. Text on the left says "Happy Easter", but the word "Easter" is scribbled out. Larger text on the right reads "International Asexuality Day!!!"
