It´s #MicroscopyFriday. Here a nice example of Fusarium culmorum invading barley lemma epidermis. Propidium-iodide stains the plant cell wall, ink fungal surface strcutures and wheat germ agglutinin post-invasive fungal cell wall. Overlay of three detectors with CLSM transmission channel.
