In keeping with my motivational strategy of posting WIPs rather than plans:

A photo of five pairs of customized Hot Wheels cars for the game Gaslands arranged in a half-circle on a plastic folding table. Each pair consists of a car and a buggy (or in one case a Nash Metropolitan with a lift kit and huge offroad tires). All of the cars have simulated paint gouges and chipping and each features a mounted machine gun.

One pair is red with orange flame effects. The second pair is olive drab and has tusk-like ornaments welded to the sides of the larger of the pair. The third is chartreuse yellow with slimy green undertones. The larger of the yellow cars has a spray-painted orange racing stripe and the smaller has hazard stripes on the front and graffiti on the sides. The fourth pair is black with purple panels on the hoods, roofs, and trunks. The final pair (the one with the Nash) is sky blue.

Oh shoot, sorry, I just realized the HUD data was 40th percentile rent rather than median. But the fact that 40th percentile is up +$505 from 2020 and the 2020 median was 1096 per the Census Bureau (graph below), then $+505 must mathematically be >35% increase for 40th Percentile at least.
