I quit my job on Saturday. I've never just quit a job like that and not had anything lined up but I was not doing shit for free. The funniest part is one of my good friends that I used to work with at my old job took my place LOL I told her all the dumb shit so we will see ig!

when I asked if I would be paid I was told "your commission covers it" which it does not. I get paid per dog I groom, not cleaning or events. they also misled me about how busy they are and want me to go in the kennel and contact random people to ask if they want their dogs groomed. like wtf?

I am still grooming dogs, just somewhere else. I reached out to where some of my friends work to see if they would hire me there because it's WAY closer to drive for one thing, but I would not have to put up with this bullshit. Gas is $5 a gallon and they want me to go in for free.

I started a new job about 2 months ago and I hate it and am trying to find something else. On top of being micromanaged over things that are unnecessary, I am being expected to go in on my days off to clean and help with events that I am not paid for. I am barely making any money as it is.

I'm off work for a while, thankfully. I was supposed to go to a card show but we are getting an ice storm so I'm not going now. I am hoping to use my time off to get back in to doing some art. I really miss it. I have been told exhausted and depressed to draw.

It took me half of a year to save up to buy him. I made payments on him. I wanted a red monster beardie dragon bc I loved them. Someone said him dying this way will save him a life of pain because red monsters are fucked up sometimes. Well Denji was healthy, I just had him at the vet.

I loved Denji so much. He was my favorite pet besides my cats. I spent so much time bonding with him and feeding him roaches one by one and buying new things for his enclosure. I just want him back and I'm sick of seeing people that don't take care of their dragons getting to have theirs

I'm sick of everyone just saying "oh mine got out but I found it after a few days". Well it's been a few days and I have t found him. Then my friend said she lost her baby and she never found it and it probably died. I'm so glad everyone in my life is so helpful.

My bearded dragon escaped his enclosure yesterday and I am so upset and depressed. He is my baby. It's my fault because I was exhausted the night before and realized I didn't close his door the whole way. I was up until 3 am looking yesterday. I just don't know what to do.
