I’m trying out the SawStop Revolution miter gauge. I thought I would try cutting the pieces for a pentagon. So 360 degrees over 5 miters divided by 2 = 36 degrees. I changed the miter gauge adjustment to 1 degree increments and then rotated it to 36 degrees and made my cuts.

I’m using the High Country Tools 3/8” flush trim bit to cut out some charcuterie boards with my Sawstop router table. I cut out the 1/4” thick acrylic templates on my laser. This bit is a 3/8” diameter, but has a 1/2” shank. #sawstopsaws #highcountrytools #router #bits #routerbits

The next wood I am running through the Oliver 8" helical head jointer is a piece of 4/4 white oak. The board had a fairly straight edge, but that edge was extremely rough. After a couple passes I had a perfect 90 degree edge. #olivermachinery #jointer #woodworking #tools #woodworker

Time to flatten another board. Tonight it's a nice piece of walnut. I use the xbox controller to run the Ripper flattening bit over the wood until I have hit all of the surface. Then I flip it over and do the same to the other side and get it to the thickness I want. #onefinitycnc #highcountrytools

I had a problem getting the Oliver 8" jointer off the pallet. It was pretty tall and the jointer weighs about 350 pounds and you shouldn’t lift it by tables. We rolled it down a ramp of 3/4” plywood. A big thanks to my son Carter for helping. #olivermachinery #jointer #woodworking #tools

Using a 1/16” diameter ball nose end mill to run the finishing pass on this Millennium Falcon tray. I generated the tool paths in Vectric CNC software. The Redline spindle was running at 200 ipm. I will cut the tray loose and do a sanding. #vectric #onefinitycnc #redlinecnc #CNC #catchall
