Since here (in blsk) is a bit more intimate, I can share a bit of my feeling here. Everytime I see someone I know within the fandom got a opportunity to work with them, I feel both happy for them and envy with them. I cant help it or beat that feeling out of me so i choose to accept it.

Give yourself 3 months of dedicated art practice AND: - Draw 30-60 min a day minimum - Draw what you love - Surround yourself with creative people - Analyze what is working/not working in your practice - Regularly ask for feedback from peers I guarantee you'll see results. 💪

I came across an outdated guide on image grid sizing crop/proportions for bsky earlier, and I felt it was important to create an updated version! Please use this new guide instead!

Up-to-date BlueSky Crop Aspect Ratio
Crop Sizes for Bluesky as of 18 Oct 2024

By default, single images are uncropped. If image is too tall (Exceeds the 1:2 aspect ratio) then it will be cropped. Single images that are too tall may be scaled down but aspect ratio is preserved

With two images, both of them share a square aspect ratio of 1:1

For three images, the first image is square (1:1) while the other two are half-squares (2:1)

And for 4 images, all of them are 3:2
