By default, individual channels in discord inherit the permission structure of the category they're places in. THIS IS CRITICAL as it speeds up the process of setting up larger, more complex servers by a lot. It also allows for quick changes when new rolls, or changes to rolls need to be made.

For various personal reasons (I'm getting old) I've been trying to fit more fiber into my diet and doing so without just adding a cup of beans to any given thing has felt like pulling teeth. Meanwhile every other item at the grocery store has 89 grams of protein for NO reason.

I installed my first program on NixOS today. I almost didn't. I was THIS close to crashing out and giving up. Turns out I was just missing a semi colon. I'm not sure I see the value in trying to make this my daily driver over Cachy yet, but I look forward to experimenting! #NixOS

Okay, I do think this take specifically, is kind of an over reaction. Sure they're using modern slang to say it, but their point is basically: "I'd feel like a fake fan buying into the franchise now without playing any of the prior titles." A perfectly normal, if somewhat naive, take.

I did consider the DOJ, however the exact inspiration for this campaign idea was "First Responders In Space." Which felt more in The Albatross's domain. Players will be traveling the galaxy answering distress signals and trying to cope with the tragedies that often come with saving lives.

Like, I'm currently working on a campaign for Lancer, focused primarily on the Albatross. A minor faction but still has some lore. However, upon more thoroughly re-reading their lore it's clear the original intent was for them to be these noble roaming knight types, with squires and pages and stuff.

As someone who likes to do a lot of my own home brew when it comes to campaign writing for TTRPG's, it's kinda funny (if not a little embarrassing) how often I'll get pretty far along in an idea only to re-read the lore and realize I'd completely mischaracterized a significant character or faction.

Like, I really hate how crazy, or conspiratorial it sounds, but limiting the power of LLM'S by slowing the propagation of the data centers that power them, at least until they can be properly legislated(God knows when that'll), isn't just a nice idea, but necessary if democracy is to survive.

If you are a non-English speaking artist, don't forget to add English to your post's language! This site by default filters what you see on your timelines by language and English is by far the largest userbase here, so you'll greatly limit your reach if your post is set to only your own language.

Language selection menu for your post that you can find on the bottom right of the post menu. If you are not a native English speaker it will be set by default to your own language and will make it show only for users that speak that language (or that have enabled more languages, which is not the default) greatly limiting your reach as this site's userbase is largely from the US.

Idk when they officially rolled this out but my version of chrome on mobile has replaced the new tab button with a Gemini button. An objectively less useful option. So I'm not using chrome anymore. Should have stopped much sooner tbh.

As someone who used to troubleshoot these types of devices professionally, that sounds correct. You could technically see if you could access the router settings directly to check if there's some diagnostics you can run, but if its ISP provided router, you can probably just go through them.

As Raina mentioned, this sounds like it could be partial surge damage. It's possible certain parts of the board are damaged, but the 5g antenna remains intact. Do you have a separate router and modem? Or is it a single wifi modem device?

First, I've kept this image saved for a while and was finally able to pick up the game for myself. It's really cool, so thank you. Second, unfortunately I now know this build is technically illegal. The reactor isn't connected to the thrusters so they don't work. Minor detail, but now it bugs me.
