This week marked 20 years since Eddie Guerrero’s passing. What’s really messed with me this time is turning 38 this year; the same age he was when he passed.

My prediction for the nominations (second draft but still for fun 😜) 1) hades 2 2) silksong 3) expedition 33 4) blue prince 5) donkey kong bonanza 6) kingdom come deliverance 2 (sowwy Kojima-san!)

Ok wow, finally got round to trying Cocoon 🤯 some real Big Brain Game Design on show, which I was aware of going into it, but people don’t talk enough about how good the visuals are!

Just finished a cozy nostalgic prequel to the point n click classic, complete with Simon’s original voice actor, some ridiculous puzzles and an insane song as part of the soundtrack!

As a regular whistler, Olivia Dean has ruined my life. I can help it, working gaming skating sitting walking….sitting mind blank even, “man I need” Melodie’s are just spilling out of me. I feel like I don’t want to buy her record, but more like it’s been in my head that much that I owe her money 🤪😂

I had a thought, why don’t people make comics using photos/real people? Then I thought it would probably look like an NHS leaflet. Anyway have a nice day 🤣

UPDATE: • The diagonal attack becomes optional later on ✅ • the hitbox isn’t the issue, it’s just the very short time between getting hit consecutively, GOTTA GET GOOD! 😀 Played it all day yesterday and it’s very much shadow of the erdtree, more of the same and all excellent 👍🏻

Scott Forsyth @makeatune.bsky.social · 05/09/2025

2 things that are killing me in #Silksong right now: 1) constant whiffing the down diagonal attack both in combat and platforming 2) the Needle hitbox feels like enemies can get between me and the weapon Hopefully I can get a feel for it!

It still baffles me that tool are just a 4-piece band. The ozzy gig showed me that bassist Justin Chancellor does a LOT of the heavy lifting, he might be the most underrated bassist ever. #tool #ozzy #bttb
