I was delighted last night to realize a bride’s brother gave her away at her wedding that happened after I thought he’d died…but I obviously just had the wrong person! Too many Irishmen named Joseph. (I never met the bride and brother, but still happy for them!!)

Fake meat has happily come a long way! Sausage tends to be a good bet bc it's easy to do a similar processed texture and flavor profile, and I was shocked last year on first trying Beyond's steak tips. (I've only tried the Korean BBQ flavor--nice in salad.)
