What I ordered… What I got… what I trade it for 😬 Evidently there was a mix up with my order; my local record store did accept a trade, though. I hope the disappointed metal head who placed the order I received has managed to use my order to their advantage.

Items I ordered from Warner Music Canada because of the discount code they offered.

Apparently someone put the wrong shipping labels on my order and another; these is what I received 🤷🏻‍♂️

Customer Service will ship a new order and told me to keep the metal albums, which I’ll never listen, so I took them to Ditch Records and put traded them for these! 🤩

It was the 2LP ‘The Immaculate Collection.’ After that there’s been CDs and, later, downloads. Getting Confessions II on vinyl feels right, nostalgic, and exciting and new!

Today I did something I hadn’t done in almost 36 years: I went to a record store (two, actually — one of them had promo posters) and purchased a Madonna vinyl LP (umm… in multiple variants) on release day! Last time I did this I was 14 and living in a different country.
