I cut my own hair and I wanted to give myself curtain bangs but I’m not brave enough to cut as long as I need to but for now I have longer bangs that I was able to blend in and it looks nice enough for me. Maybe I’ll be brave enough to cut a few more inches as time goes on xD

My OCD is really bad and I’m overstimulated so I went on a sweep and dust session in my room even though I’m having cold and allergy symptoms right now from my period and I should just be resting and I can’t tell you how much nail biting strength its taking me to not start sweeping under my bed too

Sometimes I wonder if I actually have BPD. Or ADHD. I wonder if my therapist got my OCD diagnosis wrong. I wonder if I don’t actually have anxiety. I wonder what I’m doing wrong and I don’t know how to get better. I get upset or mad over stupid shit and life is too short for that.

I didn’t get a lot of sleep last night, and my period is in a week. So I feel insecure. I feel guilty. I feel far behind. I feel small and insignificant. And the movie Obsession is starting to depress and disturb me now. Which isn’t related to how I’m feeling but my psyche is clearly shifting.

Well I completely forgot that I had an appointment with my therapist today and I was 20 mins late upon realizing. I tried emailing her to see if we could still speak but her zoom link is expired now and she won’t answer. So I sure hope that doesn’t turn into a no show warning and I lose her xD
