The EFF warns that Google's developer verification creates "a pathway to censorship." Developers in restrictive countries, anonymous open-source contributors, and privacy tool maintainers are among those most affected. #KeepAndroidOpen #OpenSource #FreeSoftware #Sideloading #Censorship #FOSS

I drew depression cat again but got really distracted by the boulder.

drawing of Katia Managan from Prequel Adventure sitting on a rather detailed boulder, with a box of sweet rolls and a bottle of milk next to her on either side. in the background is the wall and gate house of Kvatch. she is wearing her mage robe, and is looking downward toward the ground

Cofimco S.p.A. 🇮🇹 makes some of the largest industrial axial fans, up to 40 ft (12.2 m) wide. They’re mainly used in cooling towers, with aluminum or FRP blades depending on the series. G, 35F/35FD, 50F, 50L and 60F reach huge sizes. Now compare that to your CPU fan.😺 Photo source: cofimco.com

Windows 11 shows minimal investment in its visual and computational design. It relies on basic opacity and flat shadows with no optical modeling. Aero in Vista–8.1 used real-time light behavior, refraction, and layered compositing. Windows 11 operates on a reduced, low‑complexity visual model.
