mahoudelight.bsky.social @mahoudelight.bsky.social · 29/09/2026It's not a great story to begin with, but my even bigger issue with it is that it's basically what we end her character on since she's not really part of season 5. A terrible conclusion for an iconic character. 000

mahoudelight.bsky.social @mahoudelight.bsky.social · 20/09/2026First third had a lot of stuff I liked, so I tried to hold out positivity that the show was just in a bit of a slump after the halfway point, but I started to have that sinking feeling. "Oh no, this show is bad, isn't it?:(" The Wolkenritter jpegs are unintentionally kind of hilarious though. 011
mahoudelight.bsky.social @mahoudelight.bsky.social · 19/09/2026Although it's worth noting that it was a computer they faced there and not a master, which plays into a popular trope in fiction of humans beating supercomputers by being purposely random and illogical. 100

mahoudelight.bsky.social @mahoudelight.bsky.social · 16/09/2026I think there are a lot of casual fans who only kind of remember watching the show as kids that are honestly unaware that Atem passes on at the end of the series. 000

mahoudelight.bsky.social @mahoudelight.bsky.social · 15/08/2026I've noticed a large uptick in Angel merchandise in the last year, which has me sort of confused? Was there something recent with her that suddenly pushed her into the public eye and made her so popular? Last I knew, she was just a character from a TV show that ended in 2006. So why now? 210
mahoudelight.bsky.social @mahoudelight.bsky.social · 02/08/2026I understand it seems like a very strong summon on paper, but I sincerely think that in all my experience with Goat/PreGoat I've seen this card lose the player more games than I've seen them win with it. Ironically usually from being a perfect Change of Heart/Snatch target after they pay too low. 000

mahoudelight.bsky.social @mahoudelight.bsky.social · 05/12/2025Sadly not even something that is exclusive to anime. Lots of media just make the fat character's "personality" revolve around food and being gross. 020

mahoudelight.bsky.social @mahoudelight.bsky.social · 08/07/2025They never truly say, but I always assumed it to be the case. Best example I can come up with to argue in favor is in S when the villain Eudial sets up some kind of turrets to fire what seem to be bullets into one of the senshi repeatedly, and she's still going. 000
mahoudelight.bsky.social @mahoudelight.bsky.social · 05/07/2025I feel like I'm in a minority for taking an interest in both. But yes, I believe it's easy to consider yourself part of the Yu-Gi-Oh community and not play the TCG when Yu-Gi-Oh also has a thriving anime/fan art/ and fanfiction scene. 000
mahoudelight.bsky.social @mahoudelight.bsky.social · 05/07/2025It's funny the way the anime and manga are often different conversations from the TCG. Often a lot of people who are big fans of the anime series have no interest in the competitive side of the card game, and many high levels TCG enthusiasts have never seen the anime. 110
