I started painting some minis for Cy_Borg. Going for a synthwave look for all PCs as well as regular NPCs. Corpos and Cops will mostly be grey/black with gold (CY_PD) and red (Corpo enforcers) #ttrpg #cy_borg

For context: in 1.0 Ordo Reductor had a list called "Matrix of Ruin" which allowed two super heavies in regular games. And Macharius chassis tanks came in squadrons of two. So I could get four Macharius tanks in my list. This isn't possible in 3.0 anymore...

Some 90s style beastmen (files by Knucklebones miniatures) painted in a way I regret...

Three miniatures of almost naked beastmen, one in the shape of a minotaur, one with the body of a corpulent human with a ram skull and one with a human body, a ruff and a frogmouth helmet.

All of them painted in sickly skin tones.

I found that Vallejo Dipping Formula (black) works really well as a wash. And it leaves a nice satin finish.

My SoH infantry are all painted German Uniform and then washed all over follower by sponge chipping (and some oil washes on dreads). They simply don't understand!

Frostgrave has the "Livesteal" spell that removes 3 HP from the target model and increase the wizard's HP by 3 upon a failed willpower roll. Cannot be used against undead, demons and consturcts. *Can* be used on your own models (which in turn leave your party immediatly; if they survive.)

Horus Heresy had a vehicle upgrade "Armatus Necrotechnica" that let you regain one hullpoint for every model that died within 6" of the vehicle. (It also reduced leadership by 1 for every unit within 6".)
