Fun fact about me: no one has ever told me what does it mean to be tired, so nowadays I still have a problem to recognize when I'm tired and usually I just push my limits until I literally can't move my body and I just lie in my bed and cry.

I had 2 weeks break from the gym, 1st the work was killing me, 2nd it just happened that I didn't have time. But my worst fear didn't happen, today I went back there, knowing that I won't be able to come back for the next 2 weeks. Really proud of myself

Day one of trying to explain my parents that I have AuDHD. Reaction so far: From which side? You don't look autistic (they didn't deny ADHD, that's something). I'll procede with the explanation tomorrow, once my sister is gone. Wish me luck.
