Like taking a pringle shaped object and sharpening and beveling parts of it for seperate fluff strands. Also helps that its easy to mix with grass strands shaped objects to get a diversified fluff look with some bending in diff directions

I personally find that the face is such an important part of a sculpt that it really pays off to do that first and make sure it looks super nice. And yeah fluff is so hard I like where mine is going but I still need to practice my techniques more. I like to use a pringle shape as a base
