Eluned Morgan, Labour first minister in Wales has lost her seat. Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland all now have govts which reject Westminster rule. In a normal country that would provoke a constitutional crisis, but in the UK the Labour govt and London centric media will try and ignore it.

So if reform win the Scottish election, they’ll reduce the size and powers of the parl. They think their English masters are better at running things. Don’t forget, it’s common for Scot to be governed from WM by parties it didn’t vote for. Why would you vote to have your political influence reduced?

Anas Sarwar’s call for the PMs resignation is telling. He sees benefits from his “Scottish” party breaking ties with the UK party but fails to see the parallels with Scottish independence, where many of us believe being free of the union will allow us to flourish. Maybe even “Scottish” labour too .

Seems that, especially for younger voters, Westminster's infamous Powergrab of Scotland's devolved powers is either forgotten or unknown. Perhaps this brief summary of the history may prove useful, though since this was designed the overruling of Holyrood by Westminster has got MUCH worse.
