These are republicans talking. They would probably want to be pro-Ukrainie, but they've seen that being pro-Trump + anti-Ukraine is better for their positions, so that's what they've been. Now it's just that the mid-terms are coming by and being "pro-Trump + anti-Ukraine" doesn't seem to save them.

I've now read about the "History of Israel (1948–present)". And the Jewish population in Israel doubled in 1948, by 700k Jews, of which 300k came from Europe. Meaning Israel had a native Jewish population of 700k and 400k came immigrated from Muslim countries, many from the middle eastern I assume.

I've just read T.E. Lawrence's "Seven Pillars of Wisdom", about when he helped the Bedouin forces during the Arab Revolt against the Ottoman Empire of 1916 to 1918. And in this book he mention that Jews are one of the groups of people inhabiting the middle east.

If I want to figure out what the Norwegian laws about jailbreaking a system is, then I can go trough lovdata.no and read through a bunch of irrelevant laws until I find the relevant laws. Or I can use an LLM to do it much faster. I would consider that responsible use.

This is because AI does not have the ability to reflect over its decisions like humans. AI just take an input text do a multi trillion vector calculation to calculate the next word and repeat. Some bosses might want to believe they can replace their workforce with AI, but that would be a mistake.

AI has one thing that it's good at, and that is going through a lot of information and fish out the most relevant parts, so that we don't have to read everything. So responsible use of AI is as a tool, to improve existing workforce, not replace it.

This is so true. Not voting will lead to the worst people running the country. Not voting tactical is a good option only when all the possible alternatives are decent. If there's a threat of a horrible party coming to power, one should vote tactical to avoid it.

It will not mobilize russian people against the war in any meaningful way, but it is a major blow to the russian economy that russians will feel. People having loans they can't pay back because the wares they bought to sell have burned up.
